We offer expert guidance during the venue selection process, ensuring it matches your vision. This allows you the flexibility to choose your wedding planner based on your preferences, whether local or destination-based, without being tied to a particular vendor. If desired, we can also assist with recommendations for planners and other vendors.

  • By working with Aeme, you gain access to venues that include in-house wedding coordination, giving you more options than many planners can provide. Once your venue is confirmed, you have the freedom to select a wedding planner that aligns with your preferences, potentially saving you significant travel and consultation costs. In essence, Aeme provides expert advice, flexibility, and more cost-effective planning solutions.

  • After a detailed consultation, we carefully curate a shortlist of venues that meet your aesthetic, budget, and logistical needs. We work with over 1,000 venues across Europe and the UK, providing you with a selection of highly personalized options. You will receive a comprehensive shortlist complete with detailed profiles, availability information, and expert recommendations.

  • Certainly. Once we provide your curated shortlist, we’ll coordinate either virtual or in-person viewings, ensuring that you have the opportunity to experience each venue before making your final decision.

  • Typically, we deliver your tailored shortlist within 14 business days following your consultation. Please note that response times from venues can vary, but we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Our selection includes stunning Masserias in Puglia, charming Borgos in Tuscany, and elegant Fincas in Spain. Every venue we offer is handpicked to ensure it aligns with your unique vision.

  • We primarily focus on Italy, France, Spain, and the UK, and we are currently expanding our collection to include Greece and Portugal. Our international expertise allows us to provide exclusive venues across some of Europe’s most sought-after destinations.

  • While we meticulously vet every venue, we are not liable for cancellations or changes in ownership. That said, in the rare event that a venue becomes unavailable, Aeme is committed to assisting you in finding an alternative venue, ensuring your plans continue without disruption.
